Why YAHYA?

Because your family's health deserves more than a paper in a drawer

Appointments are forgotten, medicines get mixed up, test results are lost between centres, and the periodic check-up slips year after year. YAHYA puts it all in one place and reminds you at the right time.

Your record is scattered between hospital, laboratory and clinic; every visit starts from scratch.

One record from every centre: a new doctor sees your history, with your consent.

Your parents' medicines are many; a dose is forgotten or taken twice.

A reminder at every dose with a photo of the medicine and the number of pills, and a button that reads the instructions aloud.

An appointment forgotten, time lost waiting and calling.

The family's appointments in one list, and booking from your phone.

A test result on paper, lost before the doctor sees it.

The result in your record as soon as it is out, shared with your doctor by a link.

Your family in one hand

YAHYA unites Palestine's doctors

For the first time: Palestine's doctors in the interior, the West Bank and Gaza on one platform

One network for Palestinian doctors wherever they are — in 1948 Palestine, the West Bank, the Gaza Strip and abroad — reached by their people through the YAHYA app.

A directory of Palestine's doctors Coming soon

Doctors by specialty, town and language, from the Galilee to the Naqab and from Jenin to Hebron.

Remote consultation Coming soon

A video appointment with your doctor from the YAHYA app, wherever you are.

Referral and a shared record Coming soon

The doctor in the interior and the centre in the West Bank on one record — with the patient's explicit consent.

Case discussions and shared expertise between the doctors of one homeland.

A guide for our people in the interior

Palestine's medical services in the West Bank — your guide from the interior

Hospitals, centres, clinics and laboratories in the towns of the West Bank, visited by our people from 1948 Palestine. YAHYA gathers them for you in Arabic, and carries your medical record with you.

Where the services are

Some of the services

  • Dentistry and orthodontics
  • Laboratory tests
  • Radiology and imaging
  • Specialist clinics
  • Fertility and IVF
  • Optics and glasses
  • Physiotherapy
  • Pharmacies

Before you go

  1. Check the entry and travel requirements that apply to you, and the road and crossings on the day of your appointment.
  2. Your health insurance in the interior may not cover treatment in the West Bank: ask your fund first, and keep the bills and reports.
  3. Book ahead from the YAHYA app, and know the centre's address and hours.
  4. Take your reports and medicines with you — or open them from your record in YAHYA.
  5. Ask for a written report of the treatment and medicines for your doctor in the interior.

How YAHYA helps

  • Everything in Arabic: appointments, results, reports.
  • Your record follows you between centres — with your consent.
  • Results and reports on your phone, to show your doctor in the interior.
  • The YAHYA card for your family: discount and balance at member centres.

The YAHYA platform

Your medical record follows you

One account, by your phone or ID number, links you to every health organisation you use — instead of your record staying scattered across papers and centres.

The YAHYA card

One card for the whole family

A medical discount and benefits card for the father, the mother and the children, taken at every member centre, with your family's own balance at each centre.

The whole family

Father, mother and up to 8 children under 18 on one card, each with their own code.

Instant discount

A discount on covered services right at the till — up to 20% depending on the centre.

A balance at each centre

A numbered sub-account at every centre, topped up and spent on your bills there.

Bonus on top-ups

Top-up offers that add extra balance — its amount and expiry told to you before you pay.

Three forms

A printed card with a signed QR, an NFC card read with a tap, or an electronic card in the app.

Secure

The card's code cannot be forged from its number, and a lost card is replaced with your balance intact.

The YAHYA card is a medical discount and benefits card, not health insurance.

Periodic check-ups

Do not put off a check-up — plan it with YAHYA

A general reminder list by age. Choose the group, tick what you have done, then book the rest from the app and follow the results in your record.

A general awareness list, not a substitute for your doctor, who decides what suits each person and when.

How it works

From sign-up to discount in three steps

1

Get the card

At the reception of any member centre, from your file there; electronically from the YAHYA app; or from an authorised agent.

2

Add your family, top up

Add your spouse and children to the card, and top up at the centre where you are treated — with the offer's bonus.

3

Show it at the till

Scan the code or tap the card: the discount applies, then your balance and bonus pay, and the movement reaches your app.

    Questions

No. The YAHYA card is a medical discount and benefits card: a discount on covered services at member centres, and a balance you top up and spend. It does not replace health insurance.

The father, the mother and up to 8 children; a child is covered until 18. Each one has their own code that tells the till who is being treated.

Each centre has its own sub-account: what you top up at a centre is spent at that centre. The discount, though, applies at every member centre.

Report it: the card is stopped and replaced with a new one, and your family and balances stay as they are.

The printed card carries a signed QR and may carry an NFC chip read with a tap. The electronic card is issued at once and lives in the YAHYA app, its code on your phone's screen.

You decide. The organisations treating you see what is theirs; another organisation needs your consent, every look is logged, and you can withdraw it any time.
